About Us

Welcome to EBTNO: Empowering Positive Change!

Our founders, Kristin Wolfe, LCSW, and Allyson Bennett, PhD, share a passion for transforming lives through evidence-based interventions. Drawing from their intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at B-Tech, founded by the Marsha Linehan, they witnessed firsthand the profound impact of DBT in improving individuals' well-being. Inspired by these positive outcomes, Kristin and Allyson set out to create EBTNO, a center dedicated to fostering growth and reaching goals through DBT and a wide range of evidence-based approaches. Our DBT program serves as the cornerstone of our services, helping individuals develop essential skills for emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and more. Beyond DBT, we offer a diverse array of evidence-based interventions, including various Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- based interventions (CBT). At EBTNO, we are committed to empowering positive change in the lives of our clients.
