Serene Water Lily
Kristin Wolfe, LCSW
Adolescents, Adults

Kristin Wolfe, LCSW provides evidence-based therapy for adolescents and adults, integrating DBT and CBT interventions to help clients build skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and navigating family and social challenges. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked across hospital, outpatient, and community settings, developing a strong foundation in treating teens, adults, and families.

Kristin Wolfe, LCSW began her clinical training while completing her MSW, interning in a residential substance use program for mothers and their children and on a hospital behavioral health unit. After graduation, she worked as a clinician at River Oaks Hospital’s Eating Disorders Unit and later at Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority, where she served as a child, adolescent, and family therapist, DBT clinician, school crisis assessor, and clinic supervisor. She also has experience as a therapist in a substance use IOP and, prior to her MSW, worked with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Her approach emphasizes the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship, meeting clients where they are, and supporting them in reaching their personal goals. Her approach fosters self-validation and empowers clients to advocate for themselves in school and community settings.

Allyson Bennett, PhD
Adolescents, Adults

Allyson Bennett, PhD provides clinical services to adolescents and adults. She has experience working with diverse populations and treating a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Trained intensively in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through Behavioral Tech, Dr. Bennett has led both individual therapy and DBT skills groups for adolescents, young adults, and adults. She also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and goals to support them in building a life worth living.

Dr. Bennett earned her Master’s and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama and completed her internship in Psychiatry at Tulane University School of Medicine, where she gained experience in inpatient, outpatient, forensic, and neuropsychological settings. She went on to work at River Oaks Psychiatric Hospital on the Eating Disorder Unit, and later at Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority, providing therapy to adolescents and families including DBT  and conducting crisis assessments in schools across Jefferson Parish. She has been in private practice in the New Orleans area since 2016.

Katherine Aucoin, PhD
Children, Adolescents, Young Adults

Katherine Aucoin, PhD provides evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, offering individual, play, and family therapy with a primarily cognitive-behavioral approach. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she works with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, OCD, social difficulties, low self-esteem, parent-child relational issues, and identity-related challenges.

A New Orleans native, Dr. Aucoin attended St. Mary’s Dominican High School and Loyola University before earning her Master’s and Doctorate in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of New Orleans. Her graduate research focused on the relationship between emotion regulation and behavioral problems in children and adolescents. She completed a fellowship in infant and preschool mental health at Tulane University Health Sciences Center while serving as manager and lead clinician at a Jefferson Parish program for young children.

Dr. Aucoin brings a mix of professional expertise and personal warmth to her work. She is known for being empathic, practical, open-minded, and fun, tailoring her style to meet each child and family where they are while fostering growth and resilience.
